  23.   Try having a look at the DoHelp method which is included in the definition
  24. for TEvtHandler.  Although by default it does nothing, it is called
  25. according to a scheme described in the MacApp Class and Method Reference.
  26. You can, I believe, override it and put in calls to 7.0's balloon help
  27. mechanism.

  29.   I suspect, though I haven't actually done it myself, that using the DoHelp
  30. method in this manner will keep you from having to write any code other than
  31. the actual code to call the help manager.
